Tomorrow, I become radioactive. Here are some notes from the doctor:
Persons under 45 years of age should not remain closer than 6 feet for 72 hours per week for the first two weeks after discharge rfrom the hospital. 3 feet for not more than 100 hours per week for the next two weeks. 4 weeks after discharge from the hospital restrictions are no longer necessary.
Note: During the above times, brief periods of closer contact are permissible.
SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS
A.) Sleeping arrangements: Do not sleep with anyone for two weeks after discharge from the hospital.
B.) Children or pregnant woman: 10 feet or greater distance from the patient for the first two weeks. 6 feet from the patient for the second two weeks.
IF THE PATIENT IS HOSPITALIZED, OR IF DEATH SHOULD OCCUR, NOTIFY THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUAL(S) IMMEDIATELY:
