Yesterday: Grilled chicken breast marinated in italien dressing on a bed of baby spinach leaves and whole wheat rotini and covered with sugar free pasta sauce.
Today: Broiled salmon on a bed of sauteed mushrooms and spinach(gotta eat that bag) and half a baked yam. Yams are big.
